During the ANGP, hundreds of pictures of the class of 2010 will be shown on 200 TV screens at ESPN Zone. Upload your senior pictures pictures of your favorite Westfield moments to relive with your friends! (Please Note: Pictures are selected at the discretion of the ANGP Committee.)

Super Teacher Award Deadline Extended

The Virginia Lottery has announced a nominations deadline extension so you still have time to nominate a teacher who has made an impact!

Parents and students have a great opportunity to spotlight a deserving Virginia public school teacher through a joint awards program from the Virginia PTA, the Virginia Lottery, and the Supply Room Companies.

The "Virginia Lottery Super Teacher Awards" will recognize eight Virginia public school teachers with a $2,000 credit from the Supply Room Companies to outfit their classrooms as well as a $2,000 prize from the Virginia Lottery.

This program honors those teachers who have made such a difference in the lives of their students. Nominations, due by March 12, 2010, may be made by anyone who is at least 18 years old. Nominate online today!

For adults, an evening of dialogue with a panel of senior students to discuss drugs, alcohol, parties, driving, sexting, Facebook, and communication between teens and parents. 2010 5K Scholarship Run Coming Soon...

Calling all Students, Parents & Community Sponsors. The Westfield HS 5K Race is calling for race participants and sponsors for its 9th annual run, which will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at 8a.m. All proceeds from the WHS 5K race run will be used to fund scholarships for Westfield seniors. Reaching out: To Protect Your Child From the Realities of Substance Abuse

Please join Centreville HS Principal Mike Campbell as he leads a panel discussion with youth in recovery, parents affected by their child’s substance abuse, Centreville HS Student Assistant Profes-sional from Alcohol and Drug Services and Centreville Student Resource Officer from Fairfax County Police.
